Your order has left our Korea fulfillment center and will be handed over to Canada Post after international transit and customs clearance.
Until customs clearance is complete, the tracking status may show the message “We didn’t find an item associated with this number.” This is completely normal and does not mean there is an issue with your shipment.
Tracking will become active once customs clearance is complete, which usually takes about 7 business days.
