Refund Not Eligible ConditionsUpdated 6 hours ago

The following situations are classified as Customer Fault (customer-caused delivery failure) or as non-defective product dissatisfaction, and therefore
returns and reshipments are not available.


1. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Returns or reshipments cannot be provided if delivery fails due to inaccurate or incomplete address details, such as:

  • Missing address components (building number, floor, unit number, postal code)

  • Incorrect city name, street name, or other inaccurate address information

  • Unsupported delivery locations such as DHL Packstation / Paketbox / Paketautomat

  • Customs clearance failure due to incorrect TAX ID or name mismatch for international orders


2. Incorrect or Unreachable Contact Information

Returns or reshipments are not available when the courier cannot complete delivery due to:

  • An incorrect or non-working phone number provided at checkout

  • Failure to respond to multiple delivery attempts or carrier communications (SMS / call / email)


3. Consignee Unavailable or Refusing Delivery

These situations are considered customer responsibility and are not eligible for return or reshipment:

  • Intentional refusal to receive the package

  • Recipient repeatedly unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Parcel returned to sender due to failure to pick up within the designated pickup period


4. Delivered but Claimed Lost

Once the carrier confirms successful delivery, the order is considered completed and is not eligible for return or reshipment:

  • Tracking shows “Delivered”

  • POD (Proof of Delivery) such as delivery photos or scan records is available

  • Even if the customer did not physically receive the package due to absence or local circumstances,
    the courier’s confirmation is final


5. Conditions Not Considered Product Defects

The following are not considered defects, and dissatisfaction based on these is not eligible for a return:

  • Minor loose threads from the manufacturing process

  • Light chalk marks or guideline marks from production

  • Natural fabric odor typical of new garments

  • Slight color or brightness variations due to screen or monitor settings

  • Personal preferences regarding fit, size, or style
