You just need to enter your order number and the email used for purchasing.

Ship your package
For Canada (CA) returns, LEWKIN provides a U.S. return address to help reduce return shipping costs. A return label is not provided — you'll need to visit your local post office or courier service to send your package to the address below:

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, and include a printed order confirmation with your RMA number inside the package.

Processing & refund
- Once received, we aim to process your return within 3–5 business days
- If removing the returned item(s) drops your order below $86.9 CAD, the original shipping fee ($10.99 CAD) will be deducted from your refund
