In case of your package, or item is damaged, or missed or you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo and explanation through Return Center or Customer Experience Team within 24 hours of receiving the package and the CS representative will contact you immediately to process your application.


If we confirm it to be the fault of Lewkin or the courier, we will try to manage the process without any additional costs.
